The staff here was excellent... super nice and attentive. the location could not be better.... close to the mall... little shops.. an english speaking barber shop... a grocery store across the street and countless restaurants that were amazing. second time staying here and will definitely try to stay here again. i just wish the beds were a little softer... but that does not affect my future choices.
Beware this hotel pre payment policy is brutal with zero compassion for an emergency cancellation request. No offer of re booking a future date or a partial return of prepayment. All reservation made should be forewarned this hotel has zero compassion. Avoid prepayment at all cost.
Most Disappointing Experience – No Electricity Last night, I arrived at the hotel with my parents, including my father, who is over 80 years old. This morning, after breakfast, we realized the electricity was out. I called the reception, and they informed me that maintenance work was being conducted. They mentioned that we should have been informed or that a letter should have been left under our door—but there was no notification whatsoever. Neither were we verbally informed nor provided with any written communication. Shortly after my call to the reception, I was contacted by the “manager in charge” (or a similar title). To my surprise, she suggested that we shower in the dark bathroom—a suggestion I found highly irresponsible, especially considering the potential risks for my elderly father. The bathroom was extremely dark, and I would never ask him to shower under such unsafe conditions. When I asked for alternative solutions, such as using another bathroom with proper lighting, she responded with more excuses. She even suggested that we hand her our phones so she could charge them for us—an offer I found entirely unacceptable, especially as someone who works in cybersecurity. Handing over personal devices to a stranger is a major security risk. When I book a hotel room, I expect a minimum standard of service, which includes a clean room, electricity, and water throughout my stay (in this case, just one night). Unfortunately, none of these basic expectations were met. This was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience, marked by poor communication and an alarming lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances.
