Hotel Rosatsch is very good old hotel with big rooms, comfortable beds, clean all around, and excellent responsive staff. While we didn't use it, the room thoughtfully had a day pack for hiking. Breakfast, included in rate, was very good with quality ingredients. Also we had dinner at the Restaurant and all things ordered were delicious though portion sizes were a bit small. They provide courtesy pick and drop to station - just informed them before. This was very helpful.

Very nice hotel our double room was very spacious, with a sofa and a separate shower and toilet connected off a hallway. Our daughter's single room was a good size for one person. The Spa and pool were nice. Breakfast was very good, as was dinner at the restaurant.

We stay in Pontresina every year and stayed in Rosatsch for the third time - booked 4 rooms for one week each + service in Restaurant and bar was good + cleaning staff friendly + bar cozy + breakfast and salad bar nice - Heating in room either cold or no heating (when we arrived) or very hot +/- Fitness a bit small and dark but ok - air not great (atmosphere in pool and fitness area could be improved) - comply with own sustainability rules to save water and energy - since Christoph left leadership is not as it was, no big and real interest in the guests and no extra words or empathy, no thank you at check out, transfer with bus very quick but rather unfriendly (one didn’t feel welcome - would require training and coaching), management is more busy with their work and task transaction focused, no proactive follow ups after feedback
