A beautiful and clean place with friendly(helpers) people. We had problems with out car and the came to help us and take the car from the way to service... they help us until we can drive back home. The hotel it's clean and our staying was wonderfull. Food was good and the they was served nice... thank you Andrei and Daniela
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Ross. The reception was extremely friendly and warm – you immediately feel welcome. The hotel's location is almost ideal: directly across from the train station and on the main street, just a short walk from the old town. The noise level in the room with the street-side window open is borderline, so it's better to request a room on the other side (courtyard) or sleep with the window closed. Air conditioning is also available, and the rooms are very clean and fully equipped. Parking is available at the hotel (for a fee), but not enough. We found a space on a side street (Ludwig-Richter-Straße) ► free of charge, of course ;-). Otherwise, you can use the P+R parking lot diagonally across the street. The breakfast was very good, with fresh products and a good selection – but there's still room for improvement; for example, more fruit and vegetables could be offered. Overall, a very pleasant stay – I'd be happy to come back!
Nice, spacious rooms. Very nice and competent staff. Cheap parking available for guests. Breakfast buffet could do with a larger selection but everything was very edible. Unfortunately, young people at the train station next door were loud for a long time and the air conditioning in the room didn't cool the room below 21°. Shower water pressure was 4/5.
