Hotel Rovanada Wellness & BergNatur

Booked this rather late, got a great room with amazing views. Staff was an absolute 10/10. We ended up mixing up check-out time, but they were super relaxed about it. Good food in the restaurant and the area... just wow! A must to re-visit for us!

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The sense of design and carefully curated elegance inside is unexpected in such a rural woodsy village. The river is right next to the rooms so the soft rushing sounds of water surround the space. The food was impeccable, the staff really enthusiastic, cheerful and efficient. Did I mention the glorious food? So delicious, I felt like I was eating at a michelin starred restaurant only endlessly more comfortable and friendly. The food looks like a painting and tastes like a dream. My deepest compliments to the chef and the team that supports them. Madame who served us our delicious food, I told you i would write a review and voila I have. Many thanks for your gracious hospitality.

The hotel is in a beautiful place and has a lot of potential, unfortunately it is not run in a very professional way. The staff all seemed like it’s their first day, even though they were friendly, they kept giving misleading information. Spa is tiny, jacuzzi wasn’t working properly, room was cold, food was average. The restaurant positions itself as Italian and with a pizza oven, but honestly I make better pizza at home. Would not recommend and will not come again.
