We stayed in RBH for a family Xmas stay. We received overall an excellent service from the hotel staff. We steyed in a spacious rooms with enormous sized, comfy beds. We choose half board and every day we had a selection of fantastic food for breakfast and dinner. There is also really good spa center, which for most of days was empty so we had it almost sole use of it. Our aged parents felt appreciated and we all as guest well looked after. We highly recommend the place as it was quiet, well organised and managed. We received and excellent service! Thank you!!!
Pretty cool hotel. Pros: - helpful staff, especially front desk folks and cleaning staff - food quality - clean rooms - spacious rooms - proximity to the beach - nice and well maintained surroundings - forest area - nice walk to the city center - nice welcome gift in the room - Prosecco Cons: - staff at the restaurant not that friendly and helpful - small swimming pool - only 2 h daily of kids entertainment - small playground for kids (indoor and outdoor) All in all , really nice place to stay at. But be mindful of disadvantages. I would choose it again only if the price was right
Yes, maybe this hotel is new, nice and clean. In my opinion oriental design is not traditional style for Pomerania but this is just matter of individual preferences and should be out of discussion. One star only because of the crew (customer service) and their attitude. Staff should be re-trained effective immediately. We entered the lobby at the evening looking for the best accommodation in this area. From the outside hotel looked good. We didn't have a reservation and asked two girls at the reception about hotel amenities and some folders or so. Their English was less than perfect but it was fine. When we were close to make our final decision two Polish ladies entered the lobby and despite of our presence both receptionists took care about them conducting loud conversation in Polish and totally ignoring us and the fact that we we're first. After one or two pointless attempts to catch their attention with no result - no one even bothered about us - we decided to take our business elsewhere. I
