Very good, quality hotel. Clean and well maintained and great wifi
Overall a cozy room and everything you need is available. I wouldn't praise the breakfast. I'm a big man and I just couldn't get enough. Buffet is better for me. But I can understand why the breakfast was praised by other guests - after all, it was prepared personally, and not heated from a steam table.
The room is beautiful, spacious and cozy, but the service leaves much to be desired! We were here for the first time, we were talking to each other at the reception about the ironing room, the administrator heard our conversation, but did not tell us where it was. We called the reception to order food. To which we were told: “We need to go downstairs to pay.” We went downstairs, the girl said she couldn’t bring us food, we went downstairs ourselves. She said she wouldn't tell, but there were only three bagged breakfasts! They didn’t give us any equipment and we had to go back for them. What can we talk about if they didn’t even smile at us once! This girl ruined the whole impression of this hotel! There is no sign of hospitality here!
