Hotel Royal Caserta This hotel has a great location and fantastic amenities! There’s a gym, a hotel bar, a rooftop bar, amazing views, a king sized bed, a couch, a small fridge with drinks for purchase, a coffee and tea setup in the room, plenty of closet space, and a great bathroom with plenty of towels. The breakfast has a large variety of food and drinks, it’s quite impressive! We were able to check in early, the staff is friendly and helpful. The elevators are small yet quiet. There is a flat screen Samsung tv in the room and fast wifi. Our top floor room was comfortable and very quiet at night. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at anywhere!

Stayed here for business, average hotel with friendly staff. Amenties are average, not the best but not the worst. Internet access is awful. Couldn't do my work. Phone wouldn't connect, laptop won't connect, I can't get the login screen for the hotel to show up even after 3 hours of wasted time, being told just restart my device and it will work from staff. Nothing works. If you are here for business I highly recommend you go somewhere else you WILL NOT have easy wifi access, you will be lucky if you get anything. Impossible for me to work from my room. Good place if you are just looking for a place to stay and internet is not important. But if you need internet, do not come here you will not be able to get the hotel login portal to appear.

I booked this place because the location was close to the station. Should’ve done a little more research. The included breakfast was not great. How do you mess up scrambled eggs? The “espresso“ is from one of those machine things you see in train stations. The internet barely works. Just enough to say they have it, but nothing will load, so basically worthless. Having seen Caserta and the Royal Palace I will not be back.
