Hotel Royal Elysées

The Night Manager/reception was so wonderful and helpful. Rooms were a little in disrepair. But the water was nice and hot, there was a fridge, the pillows/bed were comfy, aircon worked good. Better than most of the other hotels we stayed at through europe/uk. I would give 5 stars. But the breakfast (buffet?) was not good. At all. Bad coffee, over boiled eggs (grey), not much of a selection to eat. Didn't even go back the following days despite having prepaid. Otherwise lovely hotel and staff. Just go to one of the cafe's within walking distance for breakfast.

Reception staff are amazing and extremely helpful. All of the shifts. As for the rooms they are in bad condition and the furniture is very poor. In terms of hygiene the room needs to be properly cleaned house keeping only make the beds and change towels. As for the location spot on perfect. In the center of paris.

Reception staff friendly, bed comfy, room smokey, some renovations done but bathroom needs some fixtures replaced, basin very worn, bath old and stained. Ugh shower curtain. Location good. Travel agent needs to do more research when choosing and discussing hotels and we should have been proactive ourselves. Make sure the room you get it what you paid for!
