Lovely place to stay. A very nice hotel in the mountains a short drive from Belgrade. Food was amazing, including some very nice Serbian dishes. Rooms were also very comfy and the AC and tv worked well. I also enjoyed the spa and pool. The staff was also nice and spoke English. Overall a very nice stay!
One of the best Hotel in that region… The rooms, The Spa and The quality of food is really perfect. Last year we visited that Hotel. This year again and they do keep high quality of service. For kids that have a good playground as well It really deserves 5 stars.
General Impression – Did not meet expectations, and the quality of service did not justify the price. The hotel is in an excellent location, beautifully and modernly furnished. The rooms are clean and functional. The restaurant is outstanding, with a wide variety of food available for both breakfast and dinner. Everything is very tasty, and the restaurant staff is attentive. A major issue is that water is not served with dinner unless you pay extra. Considering that the tap water in the hotel is not drinkable and that only 1 liter of water is provided daily for the entire family in the room, this is a poor policy. The spa area is well-designed, the pool is small, but when it’s not crowded, it feels just right. The saunas are decent, but the problem is that they’re not always ready. While the spa is supposed to be operational from 10 AM to 10 PM, there were instances when the saunas were still cold at 12 PM, with the explanation that they were “just turned on” and would be ready “in 10-15 minutes.” At times, they were cold even in the middle of the day. The area around the pool is also chilly, making it uncomfortable to sit after getting out of the water. Additionally, the radiator in the bathroom meant for drying swimsuits is not turned on, making it very difficult to dry them. The staff explained this by saying it’s automatically controlled and cannot be adjusted. The kids’ playroom is fine but also cold, with only a small heater that is occasionally turned on. There is no animator or anyone supervising the children. A camera allows parents to monitor their kids from the café, but no staff is present to oversee the playroom. The reception staff appears uncoordinated. A suggestion would be to improve guest relations and invest in staff training. The hotel should also make an effort to justify its pricing by addressing issues like heating and providing drinkable water without extra charges.
