Truly 5 stars in every aspect. Room is big and excellently maintained to 5 star standard. Comfortable bed and requested firm pillow for neck support. 👍 Staff is polite, friendly and attentive. Hotel is conveniently located near big department stores, or little trendy alleys where you can safely explore small local restaurants, shopping, massages!!! Some restaurants are quite popular with long que in front.

Hotel Royal-Nikko Taipei is absolutely one of the best hotels in Taipei. The service is truly excellent—every staff member we encountered was professional, polite, and helpful. Their breakfast used to be just average, but we noticed some improvement on this visit. While it’s still not outstanding compared to the price we paid, it's definitely better than before. The only downside is the price. Sometimes it’s hard to understand why hotel prices in Taiwan can be so unreasonably high. We hope the hotel can consider adjusting the rates to better match the standard market price. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its quality service and comfort.

Le Café offers a delightful dining experience, especially with its window view from the dining area. While their menu may not boast a wide variety of food options, the food selection is already quite impressive. Their dessert section, featuring cheesecake and flan, is particularly noteworthy. However, one aspect that could be improved is the lingering line for seating, even after making a reservation. This is a bit disappointing, especially considering that it’s a “five-star” hotel dining establishment.
