Hotel Royal

Superb location! We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist whiners attentive and friendly. The hotel is classic (meaning not high tech), but very nice and clean. Upgrade to Superior room was included for us, so I don’t know how the standard rooms are. Breakfast was really good! I would be happy to stay here again.

It is such a great location! Around the block from St. Stephenson Cathedral. Across the street is a supermarket, Starbucks, and McDonald's (I think open 24 hours because it was open at 4 am. The service was excellent and the employees were so nice. I had a room for one which was, as expected, on the small side but perfect for one person. The AC worked very well, rooms were very quiet.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Royal, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful experience. In particular, I want to thank Kim, who showed exceptional kindness and professionalism when I wasn’t feeling well. Her care and attentiveness truly made a difference and left a lasting impression. Beyond that, I want to commend the entire team for their outstanding service. The room was comfortable and clean, the food was delicious and thoughtfully presented, and the location could not have been more convenient. Every interaction with the staff was warm and courteous, and I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Please extend my appreciation to everyone involved. Your hotel stands out not only for its facilities, but for the people who make the experience exceptional.
