What's great: The staff here are awesome, friendly and helpful. The toiletries provided are lovely. I love that they're organic and local. The room has a clever sliding wooden door to darken the room, much better than blackout blinds. It's a bee friendly hotel and they even have a little bee hotel on premises! The outdoor swimming pool temperature was WARM :) had an attendant, lots of seating options for sun and shade and comp towels. There are plenty of great food options walking distance. Subway station/Metro is steps away. What's not so great: The in room coffee machines are awful and the cups provided don't fit under them. The rooms are clean but you can see signs of wear, the A/C was loud. The inside of the pool looks like it could be refreshed. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's clean, eco-friendly, great staff, great location, good value. Book online for a better price than just showing up.

The public areas look nice, and the in-room coffee is good. Free parking is a plus. The front desk staff are polite, and room cleanup is quite frequent. Hot water is a bonus. The building is old, so the appliances—like the fridge and cabinets—are just functional. The gym seems okay, but other facilities, such as the steam room, exist more in name than in function.

Our Car Was Stolen – Worst Hotel Experience of Our Lives Do NOT stay here. We booked 3 nights and our car was stolen on the very first night from their parking lot. It completely ruined our trip. The hotel’s response? Basically, “Not our problem.” There were no cameras, no security, and zero accountability. We trusted this place and were left stranded with no vehicle and no help. The staff showed no sympathy — just a blank stare and a useless “you should call the police.” We spent the rest of our stay on the phone with insurance and the cops instead of enjoying our trip. And not once did anyone from the hotel offer support, check in on us, or even apologize. Absolutely disgusting. This place is unsafe and irresponsible. If you value your safety, your car, or even basic human decency, stay far away.
