Pepe and his staff are amazing. I have never felt more welcome before. It is situated very nicely in the hills, for a great view at the bay. Nice walking tracks nearby. Walk to the beach/town 15 min. Very highly recommended.
Pepe Torres and his team look after you very well and the Hotel has a real character and charm. You feel like you are in a villa with friends than you do a Hotel. I have been to Ibiza many times but no place has matched this place yet.
Not a 4 star hotel: Our room’s private bathroom wasn’t isolated from the rest of the room, because it didn’t have the ceiling (room Barceló), which of course wasn’t stated on the website when I made the reservation. As soon as we got there we asked for another room but there wasn’t any. On the fourth day I complained again and we were given another room, where we spent only 2 of 6 nights. Can a 4 star hotel have even just one of the room with a bathroom without a ceiling?Can guests of a four-star hotel stay in a room with a bathroom that is not isolated from the rest of the room? Is it all this hygienic?
