Hotel Rural Chousa Verde

The experience was unbeatable. The cabins are in perfect condition, very clean and well-maintained, and they even gave us towels specifically for the pool. The pool is wonderful: the water is crystal clear and at a perfect temperature for leisurely enjoyment. The staff is charming, always attentive and friendly, and the breakfast deserves a special mention: constantly checking to make sure everything was perfect, with everything beautifully presented and, in our case, even a plastic-covered cutlery for our baby. In short, it was a true luxury to stay here. We will definitely come back!

We were definitely surprised by this hotel, especially by the staff. This weekend, friends and I booked two rooms to go on a cave tour, and the facilities were very clean, bright, and comfortable. They are mini cabins in a truly beautiful setting. We arrived for the breakfast buffet, and everything was delicious. We were served by a woman who, despite arriving half an hour before breakfast ended, prepared eggs, cut more fruit, cold cuts, refilled what was left, and made sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. When we woke up late, we asked for a later checkout, and again, they were helpful. The restaurant caught us closed, but they recommended places to eat that were good value for money. Except for the pool water, which was quite cool. Although they explained the reason to us, and it makes sense, we expected the water to be warmer. The rest was perfect! If you have the opportunity to go, I recommend you enjoy it.

We stayed one night this week, and both the room and the hotel facilities were very good. But, without a doubt, the most remarkable thing is the people who work there. From the manager, who gave us wonderful service over the phone to the man at the front desk and the woman in charge of cleaning, we can't say enough good things about them—they're attentive, polite, and professional. They gave us breakfast before check-in time and let us use the hotel facilities to shower after our visit to Valporquero. As I said, I highly recommend it.
