I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Olivenza Palacio hotel and my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The facilities are impressive, combining classic style with modern amenities. My room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel has common areas that are perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal, as it is close to the points of interest in Olivenza. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh and delicious options. 5 star service Without a doubt, I would recommend the Olivenza Palacio hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, pleasant stay in this beautiful city and its charming people. Everything was perfect. The building is a beautiful mansion located in the center of the historic center. The rooms are very well-equipped and everything is very clean. Claudia, the receptionist, is a paragon of kindness and friendliness.
A pet friendly hotel we appreciated the pet bed and bowls in the bedroom. Our Room needs some work as curtains are transparent and the black out section had become detached. It looked onto a neglected exterior yard . The shower needs to be updated (water trickled down)! Feli was really lovely to deal with at breakfast and made us feel very welcome. Note however the restaurant is closed and one can only order a drink at the hotel bar if staff available .
