Crazy tiny road to get here, stunning place with very comfortable rooms. The staff was not especially friendly, but not rude. The breakfast was wonderful. The only complaint is NO WIFI despite advertising that they do. You can go sit outside and get a couple bars, but none in the room. Very irritating since we use it to contact family and keep in touch with business. So that feels like false advertising. Otherwise the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful. Nothing really to do around here but hike very challenging trails. Probably not come again, which is too bad as the hotel is stunning.
Booked in with a group of 10, fantastic location, great swimming pool and grand bedrooms. But some aspects fell short. Reception was never staffed (would have told them this personally but no one around) and few staff around. The Wifi doesn’t work (Cuba and the Sahara desert were better), international travelers need Wifi. The spa look like it hadn’t been used in months, and when we went to use the jacuzzi we were told it was 25 euros each. The towels for the pool were 7.5 euros. The towel warmer in the bathroom didn’t work.
