Hotel Rural Son Terrassa

This hotel is outstanding. Incredibly beautiful surroundings, so relaxed, all the staff are so lovely and helpful. The pool is a good size, the sunbeds very comfortable and plenty of them. The rooms are clean, the beds are very big and comfortable. Special mention for Jana the massage therapist, she is one of the best massages I've had. She is intuitive and understands to work on areas of tension at the same time, the massage is dreamy and relaxing. I'm a therapist myself and I was very impressed, thank you again Jana.

What a pleasant stay. Away from the party crowds of Mallorca. setting is rural and cosy. bird sounds everywhere. our room was very spacious and authentic. place is very clean. staff is the friendliest I met in a long time

Big disappointment The internet is awful. Zero signal in most areas of the complex. Incredibly frustrating. I couldn’t even use WhatsApp that’s how bad it was We had a deluxe room on the ground floor but it was Incredibly claustrophobic with a low ceiling and tight space. Zero privacy as facing the restaurant. Could hear from outside often in the morning. Breakfast was good not great Swimming pool was lovely. But zero service. Not even water available nearby No gym facilities - a bike In a dusty shed. No dinner served except for Friday through to Sunday. No lunch on Wednesday. Fortunately town was 4m away but you have to book those restaurants in advance be warned. Staff were ok. One lady was super sweet and kind but the other a big too aggressive. Asking for our hotel room number after our 4th night for the breakfast. We left after 4 nights couldn’t stay there any longer The cleaning was bad. Dusty and no towel replacements. When I said to the reception I wanted to leave they made no effort to solve for my room complaints. Not for couples. Too many kids. Overall 5 out of 10
