We had a fantastic time. Maite is a wonderful host!
it looks almost new but is not so very well looked after. it is quite out of the way with nothing nearby. bar was not open on the night we stayed just the restaurant. view from our bedroom was excellent. unfortunately there were dogs barking all night at the kennels right next door, we always sleep with windows open so was quite disruptive
Hotel has potential but my trailer was damaged in the car park - which subsequently the owner has told me is a public car park and has nothing to do with the hotel. There is a shooting club next door who use the car park and hotel restaurant, park around the hotel and register with the reception, so the damage would have been caused by one of these cars. Given the amount of trade the hotel does here with this club you can understand why the hotel owner has no interest in following this up.
