We got there and there was several issues. The bathroom door didn't lock and they had lost the key to our room. They called the maintenance guy to replace the lock. One of the outside light bulbs was not working but they said they wouldn't replace it. Several of the kids' games were broken or out of service. It looks like they don't maintain them anymore. The food was good enough but not cheap. The street leading to the place is just one lane and gravel so if a car is coming the other way you need to wait before entering the street so you need to be careful. The best thing about the place was the swimming pool, especially for kids. Overall you get what you pay for. If you want a better experience then you would need to find a more expensive place.
The pool is only 0.8m deep, the karaoke area is small and there is no disco as advertised.
Noisy (music starting at 8am blasting reggaeton on a Sunday) termites in our room, dog show next door with dogs barking, dirty bathroom… I could go on. Far from the relaxing haven depicted on the official pictures.
