Perfect place to stay in Marrakech. The riad was beautiful, rooms were spacious, and everyone on staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!
Such a comfortable experience in Marrakech! Gorgeously decorated, warm welcoming service, and an absolutely excellent restaurant with a stunning view of the Jemaa el Fnaa. We received exceptional hospitality from the staff and would highly recommend.
On my third day there they painted my room while I was out. The smell was horrible when I got back. All of my belongings were out in the open while they painted. The smell was so strong it was hard to be in the room for more than a minute or two. I had to throw out multiple personal belongings because of the paint. Makinf it worse, the staff dealt with it poorly. They complained that I didn't want to stay in the room. They tried putting a fan in the bathroom to ventilate it, which really didn't help all that much. Eventually they gave me a different room, but downgraded me from the larger suite I'd booked. They refused to even refund the difference in room costs. This is far from a 5 star experience and I strongly recommend you don't stay here.
