Hotel Rysy

‏ An excellent and quiet hotel for families. The location is very excellent, close to the center. The staff are very helpful, especially employee Anita. She helped me a lot, even with some of the mistakes I made while booking. She helped me and provided me with the best solutions. I will visit it again and i recommend it.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the center. My reservation was for two rooms, and one of the rooms was small and had a strange smell. I asked to change it, and they said they didn’t have it. We were a family of 6 people, and each room had a large bed. They said they would use it for all three people to sleep on, and they refused to give us a baby bed except for an additional amount of 50 zlotys per day. I asked for pillows and a quilt, but they didn’t have it, noting that the cleanliness of the sheets was very poor.

We ve never experienced such bad treatment as a client. Not too mention that it s supposed to be a 5 star hotel, I wonder how they got it....We booked a superior room with double bed. When arriving we get a room with 2 single beds just pushed together. We asked ( they were telling us that the blanket is a topper....)for a change or to at least a stable topper but except for one girl at the reception who was very nice and tried to find solution, the rest of the stuff was totally uncapable and rude. Especially the so called " reception manager" who clearly told us that he won't change us to a room with a double bed. Although there were available options. Incredible. We talk about an apparently 5 star for around 300 euros a night around Near s. The only thing that the so called reception manager offered was to refund us the money after having lost 2 hours at the desk and alternative options by then were booked out. We asked to talk to the Manager abd for the name. " not available"The rooms themselves are not more than o.k., the spa is a joke, on top,after 6pm they want to charge you extra - which is not written when booking or it'ssomewherein the small letter,, aprox 25 euros 50 min for a regular bad working whirlpool and Sauna. In total a 2 -3 star hotel as to equipment. As to client treatment not even 1 star.
