Hotel Ryzlink

Nice hotel, great location near the castle, a wide selection of local wines that turned out to be quite good, hospitable staff.

A stunning location for a cozy and wine-focused hotel. We absolutely loved the staff, the food (delicious by the way) and the location. The room was spacious, neat and rustic. The only downside was the bed, it really hurt our backs and the sleep was not the most comfortable. Otherwise 4.5/5 from us, thank you Team Ryzlink!

A hotel booked because of its high rating and we also booked their most expensive room - a royal suite. The hotel complex is indeed very beautiful, with an amazing view, a huge room and a huge balcony. The room is located on the second floor and it was very uncomfortable to carry the luggage up. There is no elevator. There is a restaurant with very delicious food. Also, breakfast was good. There is private parking on site. The reception women was very rude and spoke in a condescending and condescending manner. On the first day we discovered that there was a problem with hot water in the shower. The next morning before we left the hotel I asked her to fix it. When we called back in the evening and asked if the matter had been fixed, I received an answer "I hope so". It was clear that nothing had been taken care of and it was indeed even worse than the previous day, we had to shower with freezing water to such a degree that my daughters even cried about it. In addition, there is no insect screen on any window!!! And this is in a hotel located inside a winery and full of bees, flies and all kinds of other flying creatures. The next morning there was another, very nice person at the front desk and after we complained about the whole unpleasant experience, she gave us a small discount and a symbolic gift. Do not recommend at all!
