This was my first experience in this hotel and I must tell you that this was the best hotel in Austria that I’ve ever been. Clean and nice rooms, wellness was amazing and the location is the best for skiing or hiking. Very much recommend. Love you all. ❤️😇

Stayed in this hotel last year and did not enjoy the experience. The staff were odd, unwelcoming, unfriendly and I felt extremely uncomfortable with the set up in the room! The couple next door had a blazing argument which went on for hours and when reported to management (who are totally offsite in the evening!) were informed the the TV light started flickering on and off. I covered the TV as made me feel extremely informally and there was no explanation as to why the TV suddenly started flickering when switched off! Just a very strange and uncomfortable feeling (never experienced anywhere before!) and will not stay there again.
