Of course if the service was not better we could not be feel happy 😊 My favourite was one missYvone. . She was extremely hospitable, kind and well groomed always 😍 Highly recommend

Well I stayed at this hotel with my wife and baby daughter. As first I would not recommend this hotel for families with small babies. Most of the people staying hier are over 70 and the crying of our baby was not very good accepted from the staff and the clients of the hotel. Anyway our whole staying in this hotel was made of misunderstanding from the staff, who twice did not have our table reserved becouse they thought we did not want to eat breakfast or dinner, without us canceling something. But why go so far. It all started with our reservation. We had booked online sa-fr, at the check-in we were told that we were expected so-sa. We shower our reservation and at the end we got a smaller room for the hotel was full. At the check-out day we were told that we had to pay for Saturday too although we were told at start that we did not have to stay one day longer as our original booking. The receptionist had to call the owner. She spoke with him in the regional dialect. From the body language you could understand, she was kind of telling him that we would not want to stay longer becouse we could not afford it. Their phone call ended with her kind of laughing at our face. Very, very inappropriate. Nun, Ich könnte Ihnen als Oberarzt in eine großes Haus sagen, dass Geld nicht alles ist. Sie sollen lernen, höflicher zu Ihren Kunden zu sein.
