Very friendly owners and cheerfull staff. The location is really great. The service is 5* hotel like. The food is delicios, take a HalfBoard is you are planning to stay in this hotel - you will be definetely surprized with a tasty foods served here. The place is family friendly - you can find here a play-room (suitable for toadlers as well as for youth - PS 3 and PS4 available) After a long walk or bicecling the best place will be a cosy bar with local drinks. And finally you can relax in spa - few saunas, relaxing room and beatiful mountains view. Free parking on-site available :)

We have tried a lot of hotels in Ramsau and this one is the best for families with small children. Great half board, play room and the very friendly staff make such a perfect holiday with the little ones. We will be back for sure! What caught our attention and was exceptional here: smaller family hotel, food just right without unnecessary waste, very cozy environment.

Nice place. We were two adults, a baby and a dog. We had a big room with a bathroom (which came equipped with a hairdryer), TV, mini-bar. Lots of storage space. When booking over some booking-site, we were told that baby crib was not possible in this room, but when we asked upon arrival, they were happy to provide it. The restaurant is excellent, great food, 12 euro/person for 4-course dinner (starter, soup, main course, dessert; I'm not even counting a salad bar and cheese buffet which are both avavailable). Free breakfast buffet with all kinds of müsli and cereals, eggs, cheese and ham, local butter etc. The staff is super friendly and helpful, there is this guy who seems to be the manager/owner chatting with the guests at mealtimes, asking how their day was, while helping the staff clean up the plates when necessary. The only drawback for me is that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
