Hotel rooms were super clean and the A/C was amazing, the garden and the pool look great, the drinks and snacks at the pool were amazing along with the best barman ever Antonio he was so lovely to talk to and made us the best cocktails ever!! All the staff are professional and so sweet. The gym included has good potential for when they finish it as it has no A/C so it's too hot to properly work out.
The rooms are very small for family of 4. Service is amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is quite secluded so I would 100% recommend a car hire.
We stayed at Sa Pedra Olbia and want to especially thank Rita for her outstanding help and professionalism. Knowing we would be arriving late with children, she made sure the restaurant kept food for us even after the kitchen had closed — a lifesaver after a long journey. The next day, she also went out of her way to help us find a taxi despite a shortage. Her kindness, efficiency, and warm attitude really made our stay more enjoyable. The bartender and front desk team were also very pleasant and welcoming. Unfortunately, our last impression was soured by the manager, who responded to our request for a slightly later checkout with an inappropriate and unnecessary comment (“maybe check-out is later in China but here it’s 10am”). We are not from China and were simply asking for more time to get organised, especially since the room was not needed until that evening. Rita had kindly agreed to 11am, but the manager overruled her and insisted we either leave immediately or pay per hour extra. This forced us to rush our departure, which was disappointing after an otherwise positive experience. Rita’s service was exceptional and deserves full recognition — I hope management values staff like her, as they are the reason guests feel truly welcome.
