The hotel looks imposing and large from the outside. When you enter the reception they are very friendly, they listen and pay attention to your needs. The elevator is very old, it seems that they do not maintain it, it is super slow, it feels super unsafe, on several occasions it appeared "out of service" but it continued to work, it says that it is for 6 people but there is an announcement within the hotel administration that it is only for 3 people, which means that it does indeed have problems. The room I had was not the best, it was one without ventilation of any kind, not even the bathroom. Even though the hotel was not full, they gave us that room. The reservation includes breakfast, varied, with several options on the menu. When we went to breakfast, in my experience, they took a long time, although we saw that people were served quickly, in my case it was not the same. In general it is at a good price but you will see flaws in the hotel during your stay.
Bad service, they made me wait at the reception on the day of arrival. The person was in the next room during break time, and they saw that I was there and did not bother to answer, until I had to call them. And the room that corresponded to me had devices on it that sounded like a helicopter, I stated at the reception and that at midnight they turned off the motor pump and that's how the noise passed. And it was never like that. Finally, I left my glasses case on the bed, at the time of delivery of the room, because given all that, I was not going to continue. And I called from the taxi, to ask that they keep it for me and there was nothing... Something that I'm sure of, because I took it out to use it and placed it on the bed. The small pillows that are placed in addition to the pillow smell like sweat. Because of my work, I travel often, but what a shame that service is, it is not recommended, much less, to return. The receptionist must be friendly, who is assisting a client. Suddenly many; I have received good service, I am only telling my experience.
