I am not one to write reviews but this place really deserves all the praise. It was my first time in Paris and I arrived limping with a twisted ankle a few hours before checking time. Catherine and the team immediately took care of me, let me check in early and placed me in a room for people with disabilities so that I can be more comfortable as I could hardly walk. They even offered me coffee while doing the check in process which was a nice touch as well. Throughout the stay the whole team kept checking on me, giving me ice for my foot and just being super kind. I was very impressed that everyone knew my name and what room I was in, at all times and all of them. I had some people that had never met me and knew about my foot and my name. It’s that that makes hospitality, people that show you they care, people that pay attention to details and go out of their way to make you feel special. You could feel that they were all connected and communicating efficiently. I had originally booked for two nights and ended up extending 3 more nights because of how comfortable and cared for I felt there. The location is the cherry on top to be honest, the neighborhood is beautiful with everything walking distance and super safe. The room was very cute and comfortable, I had a window that allowed me to peak my head out from time to time to just enjoy the view and the lively streets. Please note if you are a very light sleeper, around 7am is when the garbage trucks come around the streets so you will hear it. I did wake up with it but was so comfortable in the room that I would fall asleep again. Remember, it’s Paris so the walls are not the thickest so you will also hear housekeeping in the hallways in the morning. I honesty didn’t mind as I felt like home there but I think it’s important to note. Overall, amazing stay and can’t wait to return. Thank you to this team for being 5 stars! ⭐️

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. Staff was friendly and took great care of my parents as well. Definitely recommend booking the balcony room and/or the deluxe room so you can benefit from more space and the Paris air.

We stayed here one night before a flight back home. The location is very good and the rooms are clean, but our experience in the hotel was quite unpleasant. Upon checking in, we were told our room was on the first floor (Room 1). I asked reception if that would be noisy and was assured it was quiet because it was "off the garden." The opposite is true - Room 1 (and 2) are just a few feet from reception and directly next to the breakfast room - the door can be seen from the tables. Beginning at 2 am, the we were awoken up by the sounds of hotel staff moving furniture, cleaning and doing other things - it was very loud. The sounds did not relent until 5 am when they were replaced by the sounds of cabinets opening and slamming shut and plates being stacked and moved in preparation for 7 am breakfast. We never were able to go back to sleep. I complained to the manager in the morning, but the hotel offered no compensation and told us the room we originally booked on another floor had actually been given to another guest. She even admitted that it wasn't a good room. If we were staying more than one night we would have changed hotels. If they try to assign you rooms one or two, I suggest not checking in and going elsewhere.
