We spent 4 nights in Salzburg, so we chose this wonderful and elegant hotel for our stay. The choice was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, whether they were receptionists, bag holders, or the housekeeping staff, they were wonderful and friendly. The hotel is located in the center and everything is close by. The rooms are clean.
If you are looking for an amazing, luxury hotel in Salzburg, the Sacher is it. Beautifully appointed rooms and lobby, wonderful restaurants and bar overlooking the river, castle, and old town. The staff were so attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Philipp and Ursula on making our stay and dining experiences so memorable. We can't wait to come back.
We stayed in a Signature Suite with a balcony that offered a magnificent view. The room was exceptional—beautifully maintained, well-managed, and impeccably clean. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from better organization. First, my in-room breakfast order was not properly received. Second, the gym and sauna facilities felt very limited in size, especially considering the overall scale of the hotel. I hope these aspects can be improved to match the otherwise excellent experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would gladly return in the future
