Hotel Sacher Wien

The Hotel Sacher was a triumph. What lovely, warm and effortless service. We had a special Occasion and all the staff went above and beyond. Thank you so much for having us. Now to some specifics. We had a gorgeous suite. The whole room was perfect. Liberal Sacher Torte, champagne and breakfast was lovely. I’ll be honest, I still prefer Australian coffee, but everything else was like a warm hug. The hotel is perfectly central to literally everything. Anywhere we needed bookings or assistance, it was done promptly and without question. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this to be a hotel of choice to explore this stunning city. Anyway as we did!!!

Unbelievable in beauty, service, location, vibe, elegance, just all around spectacular experience. Spent our honeymoon here for a week and could not have fallen more in love with the place. It was the best hotel experience we have ever had. It felt like every time you needed something the staff was there to make sure it got done to your needs and went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The Rote Room was phenomenal. The Sacher cocktail was otherworldly. Cannot speak enough about this place and it was very sad to leave. If you are thinking about splurging or just want a nice hotel to stay at, you cannot go wrong with Hotel Sacher Vienna!

Only the pillow in my room was too soft. Even though I stacked 2-3 pillows, it still felt like there was no pillow at all. It affected my sleep. Other than that, everything was great.
