Hotel Saket 27

Another Delhi secret. Located in the best part of town near shopping, hospitals, transport. I stay here 2-3 months each year. It has a 'feels like home' vibe. Amazing buffet breakfast and a very good room service menu. Currently experiencing a new chef from previous stays and he is ON Point. Amazing Breakfasts, restaurant dinners and room service. He knows how to cook that is for sure. My favourite dishes have been prepared to perfection. Laundry service can be erratic. Which is disappointing. On my first week I was getting same day service within a few hours but it has changed to either delivery next day or late at night. There is no surcharge though. Because I stay for weeks at a time, I generally keep my own room clean but housekeeping is always available and I generally have them come every 3 days. Location is fantastic. Staff amazing.

From the moment I checked in, Sandhya was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. She ensured a smooth check-in process, patiently answered all my queries. Her friendly and approachable attitude made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. Such dedication to guest service makes a huge difference — and because of her, I will surely choose Hotel Saket 27 again in the future.
