Love the hotel. Not too crowded. Staff was fantastic. Very friendly. The guys that drive us to the ski chairs were super nice and massages were great. We’ll be back. Also great avocado and eggs for breakfast.
Very nice hotel, with attention to all the details (warm and cosy everywhere, free water in the rooms, towels and fresh fruit in the spa, etc). Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The SPA and outside pool were really good. The ski shuttle was always ready for us, we never had to wait more than 5minutes. The only thing to point would be that sound isolation isn't great in the rooms, but at the mountain everyone is tired and sleeps early so it was not an issue.
Bloody nightmare, we had room 106 and at 10.30 it sounded like they were moving the whole hotel, banging on the walls. I had to put my noise cancelling headphones just to get throught the mess without getting crazy. At 300 euros a night this is a disgrace. Will never come back to this hotel.
