Can't say enough good things about this place! The staff were super friendly and helpful, food was delicious, amenities were plentiful and awesome, and the location was perfect. Easy walk to the slopes even for my 4/5yr old. It was my daughter's birthday while we were there and they surprised her with decorations on our table and dessert. We loved the rooftop pool and the view from our room was amazing. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Parking on site was convenient and easy even with my big SUV.
Very cosy hotel. Rooms are comfortable, food is very good with many choices. Ski depot service is convenient for skiers. Pool is small but beautiful. Spa area nicely furbished. Hotel is highly recommended for family vacation.
The hotel is brand new and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kids club is perfect, kids really enjoyed and didn’t want to leave. Hotel is 10 mins walking distance to the slope, but they have separate and free storage room at the slope area, so you don’t need to carry the ski equipment to the hotel. The hotel description is “all inclusive”, and we also booked all inclusive option, however it was actually more like full board. You can’t get a drink (even tea or coffee) between 10:00 to 12:00. When we asked the reason, explanation was it is due to cleaning. Bar is closed after 21:30. I would recommend the hotel management to change the “all inclusive” description or visit a real all inclusive hotel.
