A well-located hotel set in a beautiful old monastery in the heart of Segovia. It's easily accessible by both car and public transport. The reception is staffed 24/7, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is surrounded by a large, well-kept garden, which is a lovely green space right in the city. Our room and bathroom were both spacious, and the individual air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave. The beds are comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and consistent hot water. Breakfast was included in our rate and was quite good, especially for Spanish standards. The hotel also has a large lounge bar and a restaurant with a very appealing atmosphere in the building's atrium, which doubles as a terrace. While the rooms aren't "cozy" they are very practical, functional, and well-maintained. The hotel had many Spanish guests, but the staff also spoke excellent English. I would definitely book this hotel again for a future visit to Segovia.
Oh My Goddness! It is one of the most beautiful hotel we slept in. You can touch the history here. Very nice room. Clean, cozy and comfy. Big bathroom with all the cosmetics you need. Good variety of products for breakfast. Very good restaurant with vegan option. Two outside private parking onsite and garage. Perfect location! Huge recommendation!!! For sure, I will give 8 but the rating scale is only to 5.
Awesome location only 10mins walking distance from the city center. Very quiet place (used to be a convent) and fairly spacy rooms. A little outdated or traditional maybe, but most certainly clean and authentic. Friendly reception staff.
