It is a very good holiday for those who want to have a wonderful time on the beach. This hotel owns a part of the beach. This beach is very clean and close to the hotel. Also, I really want to mention the rooms. Even if this hotel is 20 years old, all rooms look really fresh. This was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever had. This hotel also has a very good breakfast. The hotel has quite a huge variety of food. I really recommend this hotel❤️

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service and Stunning Views I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly memorable experience. The location is excellent, offering a breathtaking sea view that adds a special touch to the entire stay. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and you can feel the attention to detail throughout. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. They were always available to guide me with transport options and sightseeing tips, which was especially helpful as I didn't have a car. A real bonus is the bus station conveniently located just in front of the hotel — from there, it's an easy ride to Ischia Port, where you can catch a boat to various destinations. One of the greatest strengths of the hotel is its outstanding service. Every staff member is genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for. Their warm attitude and high level of professionalism are truly commendable. I want to especially highlight the restaurant manager for his exceptional approach — his attention to detail and ability to create a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere made dining a real pleasure. The same applies to the bar, where the setting allows you to relax and take in the beautiful view, always accompanied by excellent service. A special thanks as well to the bar manager for upholding such high standards, and to the barman Luigi for his delicious cocktails. Another highlight of the hotel is the spa, featuring a lovely thermal water pool in a clean and serene environment. It's a perfect spot to unwind, and I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing massage provided by skilled and friendly staff. A few remarks for future improvement: It would be helpful to clearly mention that drinks are not included in the half-board or full-board options. A bit more transparency here would avoid any misunderstandings. Regarding the rooms, I had paid extra for a sea view. However, the room initially assigned had only a small window without a balcony, which didn’t match my expectations, especially for a 4-star hotel. That said, I appreciate that the issue was resolved and I was offered an upgraded room — thank you for that gesture. Overall, this hotel stands out for its service, cleanliness, and stunning views. I would definitely recommend it!

This is the best hotel for rest without thinking. There is a pool, a spa, a restaurant, a bar. They are everything and more. 3 minutes for go to the beach. I’m impressed. The service is amazing. The receptionist with a smile all the time. The server remember you and you feel that you are from the royalty. It’s amazing we will back. The breakfast is complete and the restaurant has a menu cool wich changes all the time. It’s really nice and the little attentions that they give you are super. Thank you.
