Food and restaurant should and could be better. Rate is expensive but very clean, safe, comfortable. Service will above average. Great for large events, large unused spaces.
As a tourist visiting Colombia and Santander, I can definitely recommend the hotel. Clean rooms, good breakfast and very close to the Giron and Airport. The Hotel allowed us to stay a little bit longer in the room before the long journey back home.
It may not look from outside as 4 star but it certainly delivers the service. This is not traditional hotel with thousand floors. It has two levels in one area but most of the rooms are like bungalows but joined together. I don't know how to explain the best but the place is awesome. You can park your car in front of the room. Very cool. Spacious rooms, good security, excellent food at restaurant. Warmly recommend.
