However, I want to highlight that I am very pleased with Ra Chida’s service. She made me feel safe and provided excellent service. She is probably the only person in Italy who was kind and professional. This hotel should be grateful to have such a staff member. I also want to mention the lovely cleaning lady, who always greeted me with a smile. She was very friendly and welcoming.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel San Marco in Verona I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel San Marco in Verona, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff here really go above and beyond to make sure you have a memorable experience. A special mention goes to Oleg, who works tirelessly during the night shift. His dedication and attention to detail made our stay so much more enjoyable. Oleg went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, always with a smile, even late at night when most guests were winding down. His hard work and kindness really made a difference in our stay. The bar staff, especially Alessandra, was fantastic. She crafted delicious drinks and had such a positive attitude that made every visit to the bar a real pleasure. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it shows in the exceptional service she provides. At the reception, both Lucia and Alessandra were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always available to offer recommendations, answer questions, and ensure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel truly at home. Hotel San Marco’s team really makes this place stand out, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Verona. You can tell they truly care about their guests, and their hard work and dedication are evident in everything they do. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so special!

The hotel is kinda dated, you can see and feel that it’s in need of a refresh but the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is okay, you can walk 20min or take the bus/taxi to the historical center. We didn’t go to the spa since it was 25€ extra but the outside pool was all we needed. The highlight of the hotel is the staff, reception and bar are kind and ready to help. Our plane was cancelled so we arrived super early and they managed to let us check in 4hours before standard check in time. And the next day, our plane was very late but we were able to stay by the pool again, have some drinks etc. Breakfast is standard, it does the job.
