Great value for money. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, bathroom with hot water. The breakfast was okey. Taking into consideration the price I considered giving it a 5. Would visit again. Some rooms don't have AC but that isn't really a problem there ( we went in october). The location is also great. There is a huge botanical garden in front and a great Cafe Quindio with delicious food.
Nice place to stay for a few days, rooms have nice and comfortable beds, good location, very central. Water pressure is very low, recommend to have an early shower otherwise only cold water. Breakfast included was lovely, typical “calentado” eggs your way, nice coffee and more. Staff members quite friendly and very helpful, very clean place, unfortunately the rooms had poor ventilation and get stuffy.
No internet to speak of. Rooms were dirty. Bed was garbage. The noise from the road made it impossible to sleep. No breakfast as promised. Warning never stay at St Martin hotel! Absolutely the worst hotel in Armenia. Expensive for nothing.
