Last week,we sent a group of retirees from the city of Netanya in Israel stayed at the hotel. I would like to thank the hotel for the dedicated service, the kindness, the beautiful and clean rooms, the delicious food at breakfast and dinner and the location... amazing. Thank you very much

We had the most beautiful amazing holiday staying in Hotel San Paolo al Convento. All the staff were excellent and very professional and welcoming especially Sara who corresponded with us well in advance and arranged so many things for us like hotel reservation and recommended local car hire companies. Other staff were excellent too like Carmen, Alphonso and all the reception staff, cleaners and restaurant colleagues. I can honestly say this is a gem of a hotel in so many ways and most especially because of the lovely staff. Thank you very much for a very lovely holiday. James & Jennifer

It’s not every day you stay in an old convent! Beautiful hotel with a fantastic location by the sea in Trani with a view of the harbour and cathedral. The staff were very helpful particularly Alfonso who gave us his parking space by the hotel when he finished his shift! The decor and bathrooms are a bit dated - huge rooms and bathrooms which would easily fit a walk in shower rather than a shower over the bath - but that did not detract from our wonderful one night stay here in May
