Hotel San Pietro

Wonderful hotel with great facilities. Bedrooms were large very clean lots of storage and fantastic views over the lake. Hotel has 5 pools numerous sun terraces and a very good pool restaurant for lunch. With a great selection for breakfast the only downside is it doesn't really do dinner. This is a buffet served in the adjacent hotel Christene and is the only open bar of an evening.

We had a great stay at Hotel San Pietro over the last 7 days. Breakfast was included which was satisfactory and had a good selection to choose from. The views of the lake and mountains from the hotel are amazing and it really is a special place to unwind and relax. The pools were clean and my 8 year old had a lovely time swimming and soaking up the sun. One thing I would mention is that the pools are slightly deeper for children who aren’t good swimmers yet so they do need to have an adult with them in the pool. This large enough room was of a generally satisfactory standard and included air conditioning, a small fridge and kettle for tea and coffee. The bed and pillow in my room 805 was not comfortable as I woke up generally every day with a bad back / neck. Comfier pillows and mattress would have boosted this score up to a 5. Friendly staff were on hand to answer any queries and help in anyway. The hotel isn’t actually that far away from the main centre and can be easily walked to within 10-15 minutes. It is uphill so I hope you are fit! There is also a bus service that runs on a timetable between the car park near the tourist information point and the hotel if you don’t want to walk. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a relaxing break away. P.s upgrade the pillows and mattress in 805 ;) Thanks, Mr Andrew James & family

Okay, to start, it's not 4 star, it's 3 stars at best...hotel is tired and needs an overhaul. It's clean but tired. After 9.00pm, the hotel is dead, no bar, no restaurant, no nothing. The major sell on this hotel the views, absolutely breathtaking to be honest. That shuttle bus into Limone should be free (other hotels are free) Limone is gorgeous tbh, would i go again, yes, to this hotel no.
