We stayed here for 5 nights on our first ever visit to Naples. It is well located between the train station and the cento historical zone. We comfortably walked to the major sites or caught the clean and efficient metro which was also close to any others The breakfast had everything we wanted and was fresh. The highlight though was their attitude to service and non Italians. We didn’t encounter any of the dismissive attitude you can get as an English speaking tourist. Everyone was welcoming. Special mention though to Enzo and Francesco on the front desk. So so helpful whether it be directions or a restaurant booking or just a chat about your day. They are a credit to the hotel. We cant thank them enough
Great location, you can walk most places, but there is also the main train station and a metro station nearby. Nice large, clean room, good sized bathroom and shower with well appointed bathroom door in relation to room layout. Friendly staff. Good variety of foods at breakfast.
Comfortable hotel in a very convenient location and friendly service. Italian breakfast with lots of cake and pastries. Not my thing and fortunately there are eggs, cold cuts and cheese as well.
