Beautiful food... warm welcome....comfortable beds.....pleasant room....a lovely place to stay. Only suggestion...to have the option of a thicker pillow....and the rooms were just a little too warm in temperature..but you can open the balcony doors to let some cooler air in!
My daughter stayed here on a school ski trip. When departing, she left an Air pod behind. When I contacted the hotel they couldn't be more helpful. They found the Air pod in the room and posted it back to Northern Ireland. Thank you so much.
Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff (however with one very notable exception unfortunately). Dinner service too rushed making you feel rushed in turn. Food was generally good, although the second dishes seemed to be very much hit or miss (and the fish option bland/tasteless). No vegetables at breakfast unfortunately.
