Great friendly hotel in a fabulous location - super handy for island boat trips, Getsemaní, the old town, sites and nightlife. Brayan the concierge was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our stay. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable although some have much better views and light than others. Rooftop pool and view at sunset was lovely. Thank you.

Employees were so friendly and accommodating, especially Brian! The location was perfect for exploring Cartagena and there were lots of good restaurants close by. The rooftop pool was gorgeous! We wish there had been more storage in the room and that we could have kept the room temp higher. Humidity caused the floors to “bleed.” Otherwise, a great spot.

The location is superb, cannot be beaten. Front desk is kind and breakfast could use improvement in the service of the waiters or make it a buffet instead of menu ordering. The rooftop has an amazing view to the Clock Tower. Bedrooms could use a lot of improvement, the sink was actually sinking, the closet had a broken handle, the cleaning service did not get to do the room until after 6pm. Bright side it was super quiet even with a street view.
