Hotel Santa Fe

Stayed with my doggie for 2 nights while traveling. I’m grateful for nice hotels like this one that allow dogs to stay. All guests with dogs were in our own first level wing of the hotel so those without didn’t have to encounter dogs in the hallways. The hotel is beautiful in a great spot for downtown perusing. My room and bathroom were much larger than standard. Patio areas were beautiful. Service was fantastic. The free breakfast was A+. I wasn’t interested in the free happy hour offerings, but it was very popular with the other guests. I don’t have anything negative to say about my stay and highly recommend.

Had a great experience staying at this hotel and will definitely stay here again! The location is fantastic for a stroll up Canyon Road as well as strolling around the plaza area. Very close walking distance to both. It also has a wonderful pool on the roof as well as a nice bar. The manager and staff were great!

The staff is amazing and kind. Both in person and on the phone( except for 1 time) The hotel is located in a great location. I wasn't a fan of the room size. It was very narrow. It is a fairly large hotel. The breakfast was good, we missed the happy hour. Maybe, next time. The room was clean for the most part. I don't think house cleaning does a good cleaning in restroom areas. The hotel was dirty in hallways and in common areas. Sunset was a nice ending of a long day! I give it a 4 star because the staff was amazing. We would probably stay here again. Just disappointed in overall cleaning of areas.
