A very friendly hotel. Excellent and helpful staff. They helped us rent a car. The food was of very good quality and delicious. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. I highly recommend it and send my best regards.
Overall, it’s a fine hotel. There are a few points to be aware of, but you can really relax by the pool in the garden. The pool is very well maintained and regularly tested for water quality. If you have a car, it’s easy to get around and explore the area. We stayed in a beautifully renovated room with a large bathroom, located directly underneath the central air conditioning system. The system switched on every 5 to 10 minutes for 1 to 2 minutes — less frequently at night. The sound was also noticeable from the pool area and when we sat on the balcony, it became quite annoying. We reported it to the reception, and they moved us to another room the next day. This was handled very well by the hotel staff.
Positive: relatively large room with comfy beds and small private garden and access to the pool. Lots o storage, the most I ever found in a hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Staff polite and friendly. The pool is large and the hotel grounds well maintained. Location: relatively far from Cagliari and next to a beach not so nice, close to an industrial area and very few restaurants in the neighborhood. Neutral: the parking inside the hotel gate is kind of small, the restaurant weirdly located in the entrance hall can get noisy and smelly when there are busloads of clients. Negative: not the usual amenities available in a 4 stars, although I got the kettle I asked for. The aperitif at the bar was a disappointment, poor quality drinks served even without a coaster. Also we asked for something to eat with the drinks - like crisps - and got only peanuts to which I’m allergic. Most of the restaurants suggested in their welcome kit are permanently closed. They charge 2€ for the pool towels after the first set for free. I stayed in many hotels with pool and I was never charged. Finally, there was only a buffet menu available for dinner, with mostly food I don’t care for and the price of 35€ without drinks is excessive when you cannot choose what to eat and are not served at the table.
