I really appreciate that the hotel management responded quickly and professionally when I raised these issues. They immediately offered to change my room, and the new room was much better. I was able to sleep well after that. Their service recovery was excellent, and the staff handled the situation with care and attentiveness. The sound insulation is not good. Somehow there are ants crawling.
Nice place for staycation, kids friendly as well, hotel has indoor playground and outdoor playground located near the small garden, swimming pool for baby, kids and adults. Breakfast is vary and delicious. Gym needs more equipment though, but it was okay they have also jogging track.
The Santika Premiere is located near the airport so it should be an easy one to business man to roam back to the airport after had a business meeting. Everything is spacious and they have small jogging track to help you keep your shape up. Personally, I recommend people or corporates to stay or have events in this hotel or families who want to have a quite rest and avoid hustle and bustle of the city would be the best option to stay here.
