A perfect score on every aspect I mention here. Room is spacy and highly functional. Utility was great, no broken plumbing nor faulty electricity at all and the water pressure was great. It seems that this hotel was designed in a minimalistic way that every item inside the room had minimum moving parts, preventing items to break easily. Breakfast was also great, many options to take, I like the fact that there are a plenty of bread options. It was just the bihun that was a bit crunchy for my liking. The staffs were helpful and extremely hospitable, starting from receptionists, bell man, to housekeeping, everyone were super friendly. Definitely will stay here again next time I visit Cilimus.

We particularly enjoyed the warm water swimming pool and the mini indoor playground for children, which operates from 8 AM to 5 PM. However, it’s worth noting that the gym was under renovation during our visit, and the giant slide by the swimming pool was also closed, which was a slight disappointment for the kids. **Room Quality** Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a king-size bed, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV. The bathroom was well-appointed, with a separate shower and toilet, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the swimming pool. **Exceptional Service** One aspect that truly stood out was the exceptional quality of service. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff were attentive and welcoming. This hotel is a hidden germ, beautifully located amid lush green rice field and mountains, it's a perfect place to unwind. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly especially Nazla and Putri at the restaurant..rooms were clean , could use more amenities such as face towels, hand soap...other than that it's a perfect place to spend time with family mad unwind
