Hotel Santo

A wonderful hotel with excellent service! Very clean, cozy, and centrally located. I felt completely comfortable – highly recommended! Mr. Hatem is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. His dedication and positive attitude made the stay especially pleasant. Thank you for everything!

We booked through Booking, and upon arrival, we were upgraded to a Superior Room, which was a pleasant bonus. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with an incredibly comfortable bed, duvet, and pillows. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The only downside was that water was not complimentary, which was unexpected for a 4-star hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Santo. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering great service throughout. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean, well-maintained bathroom, which I really appreciated. However, the location comes with some downsides — since the hotel is situated between streets, there was noticeable noise from traffic and people, especially at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this might be something to consider. The breakfast was okay, but I felt it could have been better in terms of variety and quality. Overall, a decent stay with good service and comfort — just be prepared for a bit of street noise.
