Great location, central to Sapa town centre. The hotel rooms are comfortable with a good breakfast selection. The service was excellent and a special thank you to Jayce who went above and beyond to change our room and also arrange a car transfer last minute for us.
Jayce, along with the other staff from the BB Hotel was very accommodating. every staff is well mannered, and speaks english which makes it easier for foreigners. The hotel is located at the center, and just 20 steps to the Sun plaza - entrance to go to Fansipan. Price wise, its affordable. I recommend staying here if you want a relaxing trip since its in the middle. Breakfast is awesome, serving different kinds of food. They have food for vegetarians, and for meat lovers. And it had a mini gym too - enough to get your pump!
Update: got a kind response from the hotel manager and realize I misunderstood the situation. The hotel had nice beds and good amenities. Good location too. Thomas at the front desk was really friendly. I was woken up at 1am by someone practicing their flute very loudly across the street. I asked the hotel if they could get the flute player to stop, the hotel wouldnt do anything about it.
