Hotel Sapphire Bakuriani

The room is spotless and cozy, and the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and polite 😍 The spa and thermal pool are fantastic! Breakfast is delicious. The only downside is that the hotel is 1 km from the ski park, but it’s absolutely worth it! I’ll definitely return to this hotel. Thank you! 🤩

Came here for a couple of days from Tbilisi just to relax. The place is wonderful! The hotel are very clean, the rooms have everything you need (toothbrushes, pastes, slippers, robes, soap accessories), there is also a coffee machine, mini bar, TV The hotel has wonderful breakfasts with polite staff. There is an amazing outdoor jacuzzi pool (in winter it's just wow), dry sauna and hammam. There is a room with a PS4 and board games. What is important is that the hotel has a mini parking right at the entrance if you are by car Thank you! Everything was super!

The hotel overall is fine. Rooms are tidy and clean. But the problem there is the hygiene in the common spaces, as breakfast place (saw ants around the buffet) and the jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. The steam bath stinks and is not warm enough and jacuzzi's water is probably never cleaned or changed and that's why I returned from there with a bacterial infection (got some dots over my body). :( It's really a pitty that those places are not watched well, because they are actually really nice and rare in Bakuriani. But on the other side, if you get an infection while you are making vacation, it's not nice at all. So if you choose this hotel, avoid the bathing etc of the jacuzzi, sauna etc... and just enjoy a good sleep and shower in the room. ;) Lastly, the young barman/waiter did his best to make up the long waiting time for the food. Friendly and kind.
